What is the DCC (Digital Collector Club)?

The Digital Collector Club is where you can collect, trade and earn digital collectible items from various games. You can manage your collection, trade with others and compete for rewards.

When will I receive my items after purchase?

Normally the item will appear in your collection immediately after purchase. In case of pre-sale items, the purchased item will be available as soon as the related product launches. For more details, please refer to your receipt at purchase.

Why has my payment failed?

Please make sure you have enough balance or credits to cover your purchase. If you are using a credit or debit card outside the region you've selected, your payment may have failed due to regional requirements.
